To enroll, customers download and complete registration in the FordPass App or sign up for a Ford Account at FordPassRewards.com. Then, they must activate their Rewards account. Members will only start to earn Points after activating their account. A member can access their FordPass Rewards account at FordPassRewards.com. They can also access their Rewards account in the app when they add their Ford vehicle either on the app or at the website.
No. Members can still enjoy all the benefits of FordPass Rewards without owning a Ford vehicle. Points* are associated with a member account, not a vehicle. They can view their account online at FordPassRewards.com. However, a member will need a valid Ford VIN to access their account on the FordPass App.
No. FordPass Rewards is available to everyone. Customers can join when they purchase a new vehicle or later in their ownership.
Members will earn Points on eligible paid services using a prepaid maintenance plan or out of pocket. Services that include the purchase of Ford or Motorcraft® Parts and associated labor will earn Points at a participating dealer. Members will earn 10 Points per $1 spent. Members must provide their member ID to the dealer to ensure Points are awarded to their account. Non-Ford parts and related labor will not earn Points.
Yes. If the accessory is purchased online at Accessories.Ford.com and the member is logged to their Ford Member Account, members can earn Points on any amount they pay out of pocket (if any) toward the purchase.
*Must have an activated FordPass® Rewards account within 60 days of qualifying activity to receive FordPass Rewards Points. Points are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value. Point earning and redemption values are approximate and vary by products and services redeemed. FordPass® Rewards provides 31,000 Points* (effective 10/1/24) with the purchase or lease of a new gas, hybrid, or diesel vehicle and the activation of FordPass® Connect. See information for battery electric vehicles below. To receive this offer on a new vehicle, a customer must:
Customers who purchase or lease a new Ford battery electric vehicle will receive 22,000 Points if they join FordPass Rewards and activate their modem and account within 60 days of vehicle purchase.
Customers who purchase a Ford Blue Advantage® vehicle will earn 22,000 Points for a Gold Certified vehicle and 11,000 Points for a Blue Certified vehicle if they join FordPass Rewards and activate their account within 60 days of vehicle purchase.† Used vehicles not certified under Ford Blue Advantage do not qualify.
FordPass Rewards Points can be redeemed toward Ford Service, Ford Accessories, Ford Parts, for exclusive experiences and offers, or even toward the purchase of a new vehicle. The member can simply let the dealer know they want to redeem Points and provide their Member ID (found in the FordPass App, at the top of each page at FordPassRewards.com, or within the account settings at Ford.com).
*FordPass App, compatible with select smartphone platforms, is available via a download. Message and data rates may apply.
**FordPass Connect (optional on select vehicles), the FordPass App and complimentary Connected Service are required for remote features (see FordPass terms for details). Connected service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features. Connected service excludes Wi-Fi hotspot.
