Max Certified (60 days / 2,000 miles) and Max Select (30 days / 1,000 miles) are limited cost-share warranties on stated components only: Max Motors pays 50% of parts and labor on covered repairs and the customer pays 50%. For all electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid vehicles, diesel trucks and European makes, Max Motors pays 20% and the customer pays 80%. Vehicle must be present at a Max Motors location for diagnosis to redeem any benefit. Max Budget vehicles are sold As-Is with no dealer warranty, express or implied; the buyer will pay all costs for any repairs after sale.
